Ventura Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Koza Gıda on the transaction.

Founded in 1994 in Istanbul, Koza Gıda is a leading player in Turkey’s food supply industry, catering to the hotel, café, and retail sectors by distributing over 100 brands sourced from 16 different countries. 

Ekol Food is one of Turkey’s top companies in food import and distribution, offering 1,500 products from 22 countries, including Italian, Mexican, Indian, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines.
