Actera, the leading private equity firm in Turkey made an investment in Litum, Turkey-based Real-time Location Systems (RTLS), Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0 solutions company.

Ventura Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Litum on the transaction.
