(12/3/2012) Dutch-based global technical services provider, Imtech NV agreed to acquire an initial 80% ownership interest in AE Arme-Elekropanç, a leading Turkish technical services provider.Ventura Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Imtech NV on the transaction.
Imtech NV agreed to acquire 80% of AE Arma-Elekrtopanç (“Arma”). Ventura Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Imtech on the transaction.
AE Arma-Elektropanç is a top-3 player in the technical services market in Turkey. The company was established in 2001 following a merger between the family owned companies Arma (founded in 1981) and Elektropanç (founded in 1977). Arma provides a comprehensive range of technical services, including high and low voltage, energy generation, communications networks, HVAC (air and climate solutions), sanitation, water treatment, sprinkler services, safety etc. With around 1,200 employees, Arma generates annual revenues of approximately €95 mn.
Imtech NV is a global technical services provider in the fields of electrical solutions, ICT (information and communication technology) and mechanical solutions.
